On July 29, Ailit, Kingdee's intelligent inventory management solution for SMEs, showcased its integrated Inventory and E-Invoicing solution at InvoiceNow Fair 2026, jointly organized by the Infocomm Media Development Authority (IMDA) and the Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore (IRAS).

Designed for wholesale and retail businesses across Southeast Asia, the solution helps merchants manage sales, inventory, and InvoiceNow-compliant e-invoicing within a platform, making compliance and daily reconciliation simpler and more efficient.
One Platform for Wholesale and Retail
As Singapore continues to advance GST digitalisation, InvoiceNow, powered by the Peppol network, is becoming an important infrastructure for businesses to adopt electronic invoicing.
For many small merchants in Southeast Asia, daily operations involve managing products, customers, orders, inventory, and invoicing simultaneously. Traditionally, businesses have had to switch between inventory management software and separate e-invoicing platforms, resulting in duplicate data entry, higher risk of errors, and inefficient workflows. The challenge becomes even greater when handling GST, UEN, multiple currencies, and cross-border transactions.
To address these challenges, Ailit embeds e-invoicing directly into merchants' daily business operations. Built on a powerful inventory management system, Ailit enables businesses to manage sales, inventory, and compliant e-invoicing within one platform.
One of Ailit's key differentiators is its all-in-one wholesale and retail capability. Instead of using separate systems for wholesale inventory management and retail POS operations, merchants can manage both business models on a single platform while offering fast Scan-to-Claim e-invoicing.

For wholesale businesses, merchants can create sales orders and generate InvoiceNow-compliant e-invoices directly within Ailit. Invoice statuses are automatically synchronized, allowing merchants to track progress in real time. The system also automatically calculates total sales and output GST based on transaction data, reducing manual reconciliation and improving operational efficiency.
In retail stores, Ailit embeds a QR code for e-invoicing directly on the sales receipt. Customers simply scan the code, enter their invoice details, and the system automatically generates the e-invoice. This self-service process reduces manual communication at checkout and makes invoice collection faster and more convenient.

Whether operating wholesale, retail, or both, merchants can manage sales, inventory, and invoicing data in one place, streamlining daily operations and improving business efficiency.
Local Compliance, Regional Growth
Ailit is Kingdee’s intelligent inventory management system built for overseas small businesses, covering core scenarios such as inventory management, sales order creation, customer management, and multi-store coordination.
To meet the diverse needs of overseas markets, Ailit currently supports multiple languages, including Chinese, English, Thai, Spanish, Portuguese, and Arabic, as well as 155 currencies and more than 170 exchange rates, enabling merchants across different markets to operate more flexibly.
Based on Singapore’s InvoiceNow framework, Ailit is gradually adapting to the local tax authority and tax system requirements of different Southeast Asian markets. Singapore, known for its strict data compliance standards, also serves as the location of Ailit’s Southeast Asia server infrastructure, laying a solid foundation for future localization and compliance adaptation across multiple countries.
Lawrence, Head of Global Business at Ailit, said: “As regulatory digitalization continues to accelerate across Southeast Asia, e-invoicing is becoming an increasingly important part of how SMEs do business. Ailit aims to connect sales, inventory management, and e-invoicing into one seamless workflow, helping merchants stay compliant while focusing on growing their businesses.”
At InvoiceNow Fair 2026, attendees saw firsthand how Ailit streamlines the entire process, from sales order creation to e-invoice generation. As e-invoicing and digital tax systems continue to evolve across Southeast Asia, Ailit will further enhance its localization capabilities to deliver practical solutions tailored to the needs of small businesses across the region.
